Haram Kim is an accomplished South Korean violinist and composer who is currentlypursuing his M.M.A. at the Yale School of Music under the esteemed guidance of ProfessorAugustin Hadelich. Prior to his studies at YSM, Haram earned his Bachelor of Music degreefrom the Curtis Institute of Music in 2022 and his Master of Music degree from the Juilliard School in 2024.

Haram's musical journey began under the mentorship of Professor Hae Yup Yang in Korea,where he demonstrated talent from an early age. His prowess on the violin led him to win topprizes in national competitions in Korea and perform with prestigious orchestras such as theSeongnam Philharmonic Orchestra and the Suwon Philharmonic Orchestra.

In 2011, Haram was granted admission to the Curtis Institute of Music, where he wasawarded merit-based full tuition scholarships as the Tobe Amsterdam Annual Fellow. Underthe guidance of renowned instructors including Ida Kavafian, Shmuel Ashkenasi, and AaronRosand, Haram further refined his craft and solidified his place among the musical elite.

Throughout his academic journey, Haram's talent has been recognized on the global stage.He was honored as a laureate of the Premio Paganini in 2023, achieved third prize at theHarbin International Competition in 2019, and emerged as a semi-finalist in the prestigiousIndianapolis International Violin Competition in 2022. Additionally, he has participated ininternational competitions such as Queen Elisabeth, ARD Munich, Isang Yun TIMF, GeorgeEnescu, and Joseph Joachim Hannover. In addition to his competition successes, Haramhas also participated in esteemed summer festivals, including Music from Angel Fire in 2018 in New Mexico.

Zach, Hoi Leong Cheong, recently graduated from the Curtis Institute of Music inPhiladelphia, studying with Mr. Robert McDonald under a full scholarship from the Institute.He is attending The Juilliard School of Music with full support from The Hong KongPhilharmonic Bernard van Zuiden Scholarship 2023/24.

Zach made his orchestral debut with the Macao Orchestra at the age of 9, and continued tocollaborate with other orchestras, including Hilton Head Symphony, Macao Youth Symphony(Macau, Paris, Marseille), Trondheim Soloists (Norway), Shanghai Conservatory of Music Youth Orchestra and St. Paul’s Co-educational College Alumni Orchestra (Hong Kong). Zachhas also appeared as a chamber musician in numerous performances with the St. Paul'sCo-educational College Piano Quintet, receiving awards and recognition.

Zach is the winner of the Musicus Young Artists Audition (Hong Kong, 2022). This pastseason includes performances of Rachmaninoff Second Piano Concerto with OJEUMOrchestra (Mexico City), Beethoven Triple Concerto with GBA Youth Orchestra, touring fourcities (Hong Kong, Macau, Shenzhen, Guangzhou), Chopin E minor Concerto thrice withMacao Orchestra, Black Pearl Chamber Orchestra (Philadelphia) and OJEUM Orchestra(Mexico City), Mozart Concerto K488 with Musicus Soloists (Hong Kong), Tchaikovsky 1 andBeethoven Emperor with Macao Youth Symphony Orchestra. He has also given solo recitalsat the Delaware Valley Young Musician Musicales, Core Memory Music, S’way Recital Seriesand at Curtis Institute Field Concert Hall. His past awards include First Prize and the SpecialExcellence Prize in the prestigious 19th International Chopin Piano Competition in ASIA(Japan, 2018), and First Prize in the 81st Steinway and Sons International Youth PianoCompetition (China, 2017), which resulted in a return engagement to perform a recital at theBeijing Steinway Hall. He was also a winner of the 2017 Hilton Head International Piano Competition.
