Seven New York pianists reimagine Keith Jarrett's landmark recording

~~~~~
On January 24th 1975, Keith Jarrett played an improvised solo piano concert at the Opera House in Köln, Germany. The ECM label released the concert as a double LP set later that year, which became a best-selling and iconic solo piano recording.
To mark The Köln Concert’s 50th anniversary this month, seven of New York’s most adventurous pianists reinterpret Jarrett’s recorded performance, sometimes strictly, other times freely, yet at all times surprisingly.
The pianists (in order of appearance) are Steve Sandberg, Blair McMillen, Nicole Brancato, Cyrus von Hochstetter, Jed Distler, Yifei Xu, and Kathleen Supové.
